The housing here is mixed, which keeps the work interesting. Older places in town that have been painted five times already and need the old coats dealt with properly. Newer builds out toward the water where nothing has been touched since the builder handed it over. Both are straightforward, but they need different prep, and we will tell you which one you have before we quote it.
