    Owner

    Jake is the owner of MountainWood Painting and has been building the company since 2016. What started as a small local painting business has grown into a trusted team serving homeowners and businesses throughout Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Thornbury, Creemore, and the surrounding area. Jake oversees the direction of the company, with a focus on creating a great experience from the first estimate through to the finished project. His approach has always been simple: communicate clearly, do what you say you’re going to do, and always prioritize customer satisfaction.

    Production Manager

    Aleks has been part of MountainWood Painting since the very beginning, working alongside the company for all 10 years of its existence. Over that time, he has played a major role in developing the level of workmanship and attention to detail that MountainWood is known for today. As Production Manager, Aleks oversees our projects in the field, helping coordinate the crew, maintain our quality standards, and make sure every project is completed properly from start to finish. His decade of experience with MountainWood makes him an important part of both our team and the experience we provide our clients.

    Our painters are the heart of MountainWood. They are skilled, hardworking, and take real pride in their work, treating every home with the same care they would want for their own.

    Floors, furniture, and fixtures are covered and protected, and the work area is cleaned up at the end of every day.

    Jake handles your estimate and Aleks manages the work on site, so you always know who to talk to.

We Live Where We Work

Everything we paint is within about forty minutes of home. Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Thornbury, Creemore, and the places in between like Nottawa, Clarksburg, Craigleith, and Markdale.

That is not a service area we drew on a map to look impressive. It is genuinely where we are, which is why we can come back for a touch-up without it being a whole production, and why we are careful about how we leave your street as well as your house.
