Walking the job is the only way to price it honestly. We measure, look at what condition the surfaces are actually in, and talk through colours if you have not settled on them.

A fixed price, a list of every surface included, the products going on each one, and a schedule. Usually within one to two business days of the visit.
You decide, in your own time
